Parkhall Integrated College Home Economics department are delighted to be working in partnership with @safefood to promote safefood for life resource. Safefood for life resource, an e-learning food hygiene course for post primary students studying Home economics and Hospitality. It is made up of ten 45-minute lessons about food hygiene covering 9 topics from handling and preparing food to allergens and food hypersensitivity. Some of our #keystage4 students will be completing the modules whilst on #remote learning and when they return to the classroom.
