Congratulations to Morgan Hanna (year 12) and Kascie Weir (year 11) who both played football for NI Under U16 girls’ in Israel in the European Qualifiers. They faced Poland, Israel and Greece. This was a very intense set of matches and the results were as follows Poland 3-0 defeat, Israel 4-0 defeat and Greece 2-0 win. Kascie played centre forward for 2 out of the 3 games, in the first she played Poland and the second she faced Israel, unfortunately she picked up an injury early in this second match and had to come off after 10mins and was unable to play the third and final game against Greece. Morgan played defence in all 3 games starting 2 against Israel and Greece and coming on in 1 against Poland.
