“I Love You, Mum – I Promise I Won’t Die” - a play by Mark Wheeller

Today, Year 10 had the privilege of watching Ever Unique Productions perform “I Love You, Mum – I Promise I Won’t Die”  - a powerful verbatim play that shares the heartbreaking true story of Daniel Spargo‑Mabbs, who tragically died at age 16 after an unintentional overdose. The play follows Dan’s final hours, the decisions he made, and the impact on his family and friends. Told in the words of those who knew him, it’s a moving reminder of how choices impact lives - and an impactful addition to our Personal Development curriculum.
