Running for a Cause: Year 13 Fundraising Achievement

Five Year 13 students took part in the relay event of the Belfast Marathon to raise funds for the local charity ASCERT. Through their dedication and commitment, the students successfully supported an organisation that works across Northern Ireland to assist young people, families, and adults affected by issues relating to alcohol, substance use, and mental health. ASCERT also provides vital services in the areas of prevention, early intervention, training, and recovery.

Dillon, Mark, Sam, Charles, and Jack trained diligently for the event and their hard work paid off, as they raised over £1,000 for the charity. Their efforts were a credit to themselves and the wider school community, and their fundraising success was a testament to their generosity and determination.
