Parkhall Integrated College was delighted to open its doors on Wednesday, 17th December, for its 5th Annual Community Christmas Party. This now‑firmly‑established tradition brings together generations from across Antrim to celebrate the joy of the season.
The college was filled with festive cheer as guests from across the community joined in the celebration. Among the notable attendees were residents from Clonlee and Antrim Care Homes, 78 pupils and staff from Steeple Nursery School, members of our own school choir and orchestra, representatives from our Board of Governors, the Mayor of Antrim, a wide range of political representatives, and local clergy.
The afternoon was alive with music, laughter, and Christmas spirit. Guests enjoyed a heart‑warming programme of carols performed by the Parkhall Choir, followed by adorable seasonal renditions from the 78 wee ones of Steeple Nursery School, who undoubtedly captured everyone’s hearts.
A delicious selection of food and refreshments kept the festive energy high—and the excitement reached new heights with a surprise appearance by a very special visitor from the North Pole, delighting young and old alike.
Parkhall Integrated College extends its sincere gratitude to our generous supporters, Yew Tree Butchery and Deli and Ace Cabs, whose contributions helped ensure the afternoon ran smoothly and created a welcoming, warm environment for everyone involved.
It was extraordinary to witness so many generations of the Antrim community gathered under one roof—sharing stories, laughter, and the spirit of Christmas together. Events like this remind us of the power of connection and the joy that comes from celebrating as one community.
We hope you enjoy the attached photographs as a lasting memento of this wonderful day.
Happy Christmas from everyone at Parkhall Integrated College!
