Year 13 Art/Photography trip to Belfast – This week, Year 13 Artists got the train into Belfast City Centre to take photographs for their new Art project. Some of the interesting places visited were; the old architecture of Queens University and surrounding buildings, the exotic tree species and impressive plant collections from the southern hemisphere in Botanic gardens, the street Art in the Cathedral Quarter, the recently opened new Ulster University campus and we even had time to view an art exhibition in the Ulster Museum. Pupils will take inspiration from their primary sourced images to develop a range of ideas in the coming weeks ahead working towards a final piece.
