This week we celebrated Autism Acceptance. On Tuesday all year 8 classes attended a session where they explored What is Autism, what it is like to be autistic and how we can accept and embrace each others' differences.

On Wednesday our autistic pupils and some of their friends attended Health & Well-being sessions which included Fitness training, coding robots & Dog Training. Everyone enjoyed the activities, especially the doggy cuddles!

We ended the day with a Celebration with parents and guests. Our amazing young people spoke about what it is like for them as autistic pupils in school. Well done everyone!
