By Matthew McGrath and Joseph Wylie, Year 8

On Tuesday 17th December, year 8 pupils attended “Aladdin” at the end of their day in the school Assembly Hall to inspire their Drama studies.

It was a tremendous show with a power-hungry baddie. There was also a weird camel with a floppy hump. The songs and dancing at the start were really funny, especially when Y8s had the tough job of clapping along to the songs.

A highlight was that Bogdan had a dance battle with Miss McEvoy (The bad guy said Bogdan won but we think it was 50-50!)

“There were too many laughs to count” (Joseph Wylie). “It was hilarious and really different to our normal day!” (Matthew McGrath).
