Year 8 had a very special visit from the Reserve Forces And Cadets Assoc for Northern Ireland and The Book Trust. For the second year in a row the Cadets have sponsored Bookbuzz in Parkhall, an initiative which gives every Year 8 a book of their own, selected from 16 brand new releases. Pupils were able to choose from titles such as Barry Loser, Total Winner, Horrible Histories and most popular Murder at Snowfall. It was pleasure to hear from Brian and Lucy yesterday and get to share our passion for reading with them.
