On Wednesday 21st June, 15 intrepid year 10 pupils had a breakfast with a difference.
They sampled ‘escargot’, a French delicacy, which is actually snails with a lovely garlic sauce.
Verdict? After the first apprehension, the pupils agreed they were quite good and some even went for seconds! It was great to see pupils embrace the French culture and the opportunity to eat something different.
