Some of our RE classes had the opportunity to participate in GSUS Live. This is in association with Scripture Union. It engages pupils through a multi-media presentation exploring the themes of fear, forgiveness and rejection through the teachings of Jesus. Rebekah (SU Worker in Antrim area) and Warren (university student) led these classes and after an introduction on the topic, the pupils worked in pairs using iPads, choosing one character and one theme to investigate. The students looked at lives of characters such as Martin Luther King or Mother Teresa and read extracts and stories from the Bible.
