This week, Mrs Feeney and six 10IH students had the wonderful opportunity to visit six residents for a chat. Stories of the RAF, being a Glentoran footballer, teaching Maths and being a barmaid in Belfast during The Troubles were shared. The visit was mutually enjoyed and we hope to return to visit in the new year. Our students decided to write personal messages to their resident after their chat showing great kindness and empathy. The messages and efforts given by our students truly reflect the meaning of Christmas.
