Today is World Book Day and Parkhall Integrated College has gone book crazy!

Key Stage 3 started this week with a Book quiz linked to teachers who share their names with famous authors.

Year 8 have spent the week designing unique World Book Day Bunting, and just couldn’t help stopping for a quick read by their bookish designs!

Year 8 started World Book Day with a special assembly with Rebecca from the Cancer Fund for Children, Year 8 are embarking on the Read On challenge, to just read a little extra and raise some money to support young people and their families living with cancer.

Every pupil received their World Book Day £1 Voucher, with this they can purchase a free book or get £1 off a book of their choice. Vouchers can be used in Tesco and Asda as well as local bookshops!
