Niamh Brownlee: Mental Health Campaigner and author of the book ‘Struggling to Breathe’
Katie Graden Spence: Service Coordinator for Eating Disorder NI.
The panel discussed areas such as: why it’s good to talk about mental health, the stigma, getting help, starting the conversation, caring for someone and self care.
