What are your fondest memories of your time in Parkhall?
For me it would genuinely be my Travel and Tourism classes. A-Levels are a tough two years but Travel and Tourism was the class I most looked forward to. I will never forget the support and advice I received from Mrs Feeney and McKee during my time at Parkhall.
Were you a member of any Teams or Clubs? I was part of the netball team from year 8-10.
Achievements from your time at Parkhall? Becoming a prefect and being awarded the Travel and Tourism award.
What did you do when you left Parkhall? I studied Film and Television production at Edge Hill University in England and graduated with a 2.1.
Where are you now? I am currently working for BBC NI and work within both TV and Radio. During my time at BBC I have had the opportunity to work on projects such as The Children in Need Appeal.
What advice would you give to our Parkhall students? Getting a bad grade isn’t the end of the world and there are always doors of opportunity opening for you – you will get to where you want to be if you put in the work.
